02 When is the best time to visit the Maldives? The Maldives offers year-round tropical weather. For the sunniest side of the island, plan your visit between December and April, although it's also the peak season. May to November is still warm but with cloudy skies and lower prices.

03 What are the travel requisites before traveling to the Maldives? To enter the Maldives, you must have a passport with at least six months validity, a pre-paid hotel/accommodation booking, adequate funds for your stay, confirmed onward/return tickets, and submit the Traveller Health Declaration (THD) electronically.

04 Will you be tested for COVID-19 on arrival? No, COVID-19 testing on arrival is not mandatory unless you exhibit symptoms. Those with symptoms or recent contact with a suspected case should refrain from travel to the Maldives.

08 What's the difference between a split stay and single stay? Overwater villas tend to cost more than beach villas. If you have a fixed budget, consider a split stay, combining both villa types. For shorter stays, a single stay is recommended.
