Cancellation & Refund Policy
Full Refunds:

Off-Season: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the travel date will receive a full refund.

Season: Cancellations made 45 days or more before the travel date will receive a full refund.
Partial Refunds:

Off-Season: Cancellations made less than 30 days but more than 20 days before the travel date will receive a 50% refund.

Season: Cancellations made less than 45 days but more than 30 days before the travel date will receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds:

Off-Season: Cancellations made less than 15 days before the travel date will not be eligible for any refund.

Season: Cancellations made less than 20 days before the travel date will not be eligible for any refund.
Partner Policies:
Cancellations are also subject to the policies of our hotel and service provider partners. Refunds may vary depending on their terms. Our partners comprises of the following:

Cabs | Two wheelers providers.

Tour Guides.

Water Activities providers: Examples are Scuba Diving | Snorkeling | Jet Ski & many more.

Payment Policy:

Off-Season: A 50% advance payment of the total package is required 30 days before the travel date once the package is confirmed.

Season: A 80% payment of the total package is required 45 days before the travel date once the package is confirmed.
Cancellation Process:
To cancel your booking, please send an email to gallivantingtourss@gmail.com or provide a written letter to our office located at Sippighat, Andaman Islands.
Force Majeure:
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters or government actions), we will make every effort to arrange refunds, but we cannot guarantee them.
Changes to Itinerary:

Off-Season: Any changes made to the itinerary within 10 days of the travel date will incur a service charge of ₹ 2000. Major changes, such as date changes for hotels or cruises, may also require additional payments for price differences along with the service charge.
