Applicability of the Agreement
This agreement ("User Agreement") governs the terms and conditions for M/s Gallivanting Tours to provide services to individuals ("the User") intending to purchase or inquire about products and/or services through M/s Gallivanting Tours website or other customer interaction channels, including salespersons, offices, call centers, advertisements, and information campaigns. Both User and GT are individually referred to as 'party' and collectively as 'parties.'
User’s Responsibility
By using M/s Gallivanting Tours services, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions, which are binding for all transactions. The User must comply with all applicable laws and guidelines for the services they use. M/s Gallivanting Tours reserves the right to terminate access to its services or websites without prior notice for maintenance or other reasons.
Third-Party Account Information
When using account access services on M/s Gallivanting Tours platforms, the User authorizes M/s Gallivanting Tours and its agents to access third-party sites, including banks and payment gateways, as designated. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account information and must notify M/s Gallivanting Tours of any unauthorized use.
Confidentiality
Information specified by M/s Gallivanting Tours as confidential must be kept confidential by the User and may only be disclosed as required by law or for the purposes of this agreement.
Website and App Usage
The User’s use of the M/s Gallivanting Tours website and mobile app is at their own risk. M/s Gallivanting Tours is not liable for any damages resulting from such use. The User must not duplicate, distribute, or modify any content from M/s Gallivanting Tours platforms without authorization. M/s Gallivanting Tours reserves the right to alter or remove content without prior notice.
User Onus
M/s Gallivanting Tours is only responsible for transactions conducted through its platforms. The User must verify the accuracy of their data and bookings and comply with all relevant laws and guidelines.
Insurance
Users are responsible for obtaining their insurance coverage unless explicitly provided by M/s Gallivanting Tours. M/s Gallivanting Tours does not accept claims related to insurance matters.
Force Majeure
M/s Gallivanting Tours is not liable for any failures or delays in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions. In such cases, M/s Gallivanting Tours will endeavor to provide alternative options or refunds, but this cannot be guaranteed as it is subject to the policies of the service operators.
Limitation of Liability
M/s Gallivanting Tours' maximum liability in any situation is limited to the refund of the amount received for the affected service, minus any applicable charges. M/s Gallivanting Tours is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Data Download Safety
The User is responsible for any damage to their systems or data resulting from downloading materials from M/s Gallivanting Tours services. M/s Gallivanting Tours will endeavor to ensure its content is free from malware but makes no guarantees.
Feedback and Communication
The User authorizes M/s Gallivanting Tours to contact them with offers and information about services. The User can opt out by contacting M/s Gallivanting Tours directly. The User should review M/s Gallivanting Tours privacy policy for more details.
Proprietary Rights
Content provided by M/s Gallivanting Tours, including text, images, and other materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. The User must not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without permission.
Visa Obligations

Indemnification

Right to Refuse and Cancellation
M/s Gallivanting Tours reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings if the User provides incorrect or fraudulent information. M/s Gallivanting Tours is not responsible for any losses resulting from such actions.
Severability
If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Headings
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of this agreement.
Relationship
This agreement does not create a partnership or agency relationship between M/s Gallivanting Tours and the User.
Updates to the Agreement
M/s Gallivanting Tours reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. The User is responsible for reviewing them regularly.
Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
Responsibilities
The User accepts that M/s Gallivanting Tours acts as a booking agent and is not liable for the services provided by third-party service providers. Services are provided on an "as is" basis.
Usage of Customer’s Holiday Pictures
Any pictures or videos shared by customers during or after their trip may be used by M/s Gallivanting Tours for promotional purposes on social media and other platforms. If the User does not wish their images to be used, they should notify M/s Gallivanting Tours via email.
